Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or cancellation. You wil have another 14 days to return the item after notifying us.

We at Snoots And Scraps do our best to create the perfect sustainable and unique products for your pets. If, however you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, you can get in touch to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for the below products:
- Ready to Ship products
- Bandanas
- Bow Ties
- Poo Bag Holders

Conditions for Returns:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or wear. The item should be accompanied by all original packaging, including tags and labels.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Initiating a Return/Exchange request:
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please get in touch via email at snootsandscraps@gmail.com or through the contact form here.
When you contact us, please include your order number and relevant purchase information in your message.
We will respond to you within a maximum of 48 hours.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect and verify its condition. We will process your requested refund or exchange on the same day.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase, and exchanges will be processed promptly to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as
possible.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to show in your account. This is the banks process not our own.

Items ineligible for return or cancellation:
As the following items are made to order with custom measurements they are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or defective:
- Dog Band Tees - Pick Your Size/Made to Order
- Dog Band Tees - Send Your Own Tee
- Any other customised or personalised items, unless there is a mistake that has been made by us.
